Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said on Monday that Georgia is ready to promote a peaceful policy between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev and me discussed the situation in the region, the recent agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia on the start of the peaceful negotiation process. This, of course, gives us great hope. Here, I would like to confirm once again that Georgia, myself and our government, declare our full readiness to continue and promote the peaceful policy that we started together," Gharibashvili said after his meeting with Aliyev in Georgia.
