Georgian MP Iago Khvichia said on Wednesday that the opposition should have its own idea about the court.

As Khvichia told the Radio Liberty, “the opposition is obstructing the Georgian Dream from implementing its idea and at the same time it (the opposition) does not have its own idea”.

"The opposition says, “You should not appoint Supreme Court Judges". The question is: who should appoint them (judges)? The answer is the NGOs, or someone. These are non-serious answers. What is the opposition’s offer, except I will appoint judges? What is your offer except this? People are waiting for the answer,” Khvichia said.

According to him, “before the elections the opposition signed a concept and everyone forgot it and now they are fighting against the Georgian Dream without the concept.”
