I have shared with EU member states a document on the concessions we need to see from Russia, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, said after a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.

“However, the first issue is that Russia should respect its obligations under existing international agreements, which provide for the withdrawal of its troops from the occupied territories,” Kaja Kallas said.

According to her, there are at least 30 agreements and obligations that Russia is not fulfilling at the moment.

“In Moldova, they agreed to withdraw troops from the occupied territories a long time ago. We also have the same situation in Georgia and elsewhere,” the EU High Representative noted.
