“Lelo’s mistake will come at a high cost to the country,” wrote Khatia Dekanoidze of the member of Unity – National Movement on social media.

She responded to the decision by the Strong Georgia coalition to participate in the local elections, calling it an unforgivable error.

“This will damage relations with international partners, potentially stall the sanctions process, and force us to work even harder to impose financial sanctions on Ivanishvili and his cartel. It’s a very serious, unforgivable mistake—but we will see our mission through,” Dekanoidze states.
