It is impossible for any citizen to board or depart from any international airport on any airline in an illegal manner, reads a statement by the Georgian Airways.
In particular, the airline is responding to the flight from Dubai, which carried Giorgi Bachiashvili, the former head of the Co-Investment Fund.
In addition, the company states that information about flights ordered by private individuals constitutes personal information, which is protected by law and the company does not have the right to release it.
"The Georgian Airways airline operates charter flights ordered by private individuals and other structures at least 3-4 times a week. Orders for these charter flights are processed by the airline's commercial department. Information about flights ordered by private individuals is personal information, which is protected by law and the company does not have the right to release it.
We would like to clearly state that it is impossible for any citizen to board or depart from any international airport of any airline illegally. This process is controlled by many relevant structures and such accusations are completely groundless and meaningless," reads the information.
